The resort had a beautiful layout with direct access to the beach , I enjoyed that a lot. Massages were available right on the beach , such a treat! The pool's temperature was just perfect for swimming laps.
The restaurant felt a little shabby to me. The breakfast seemed perfunctory , and I wished for more variety. Only two bottles of water were provided daily , I'm used to more.

The pool was a decent size, I will admit.
My 'Superior Bungalow' felt quite dated. The air conditioning unit was VERY loud. I had some difficulty sleeping. Breakfast was unremarkable. The staff also seemed somewhat indifferent.

A Decent Stay

I really enjoyed the location. It was easily accessible! and the neighborhood was really quiet. Staff was also very friendly. I liked my stay a lot and would definitely come back. Communicating to arrange a transfer from the airport was very easy.
Breakfast was quite perfunctory. The restaurant felt a little shabby. Water pressure was very poor and I barely had enough hot water for one person to shower! I also found messaging about possible fines a bit hostile, which gave a poor impression right off the bat.

Acceptable Stay Near the Ferry

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Lomprayah pier. It was right at the hotel's edge by the pool. The room was large, and I found the value for money good. This made transport to the islands very convenient.
The service lacked enthusiasm upon arrival. No one greeted me when my taxi arrived. I waited about 15 minutes before going to reception, and the check-in seemed robotic. Cleanliness was not satisfactory. The daily cleaning hardly made a difference beyond making the bed.
